Due to the nature of our product and orders being custom cuts, we do not accept returns.
If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of the order being placed. Requests made after 24 hours will not be honored.
All flaws or issues with material should be reported within 14 days of receipt of your order. All issues must be reported prior to washing your fabrics to be eligible for a refund/replacement. Refunds will be provided on a 1/2 yard basis. If your fabric is unusable, a replacement will be provided.
Mily Mae Fabrics are sourced from premium textile distributes, but fabric defects can still occur. Please note that any of these are not grounds for a refund.
*Wrinkles, smudges, imperfections, printing marks, etc can be expected along the selvages and up to 3 inches into the sides of the fabric.
*Black or white spots smaller than a quarter
*Plastic tags along the selvage
