November PM WED SESSION Starting 11/18 Class is from 1pm-3pm. 11/18, 12/2, 12/9, 12/16 (no class 11/25)
Class spots can be secured by adding a listing to your cart and checking out. Payment will be accepted in a couple of different forms. Cash, Check, Zelle, or ESA.
This sewing class is designed for students 8+ years old and are limited to 4 students per class. Each class is a total of 2 hours; each session is a total of 4 weeks. All supplies needed will be provided including a variety of fabric options.
- Operate and care for a sewing machine
- Read and interpret beginner sewing patterns
- Understand basic pattern construction and terminology
- Identify different fabric types and choose the right one for your project
- Practice basic sewing techniques through hands-on exercises
Students will learn all of the basic skills needed to complete each project. Including sewing safety, terminology, all about the machine, and a variety of stitches. They will also learn how to read a pattern, how to cut out a pattern, how to properly measure for a project, and how to cut fabric.
I am an ESA Classwallet Vendor. If you need an invoice to submit to ESA, email me your name, address and the students name and ESA ID to Amanda@milymaefabricshop.com. Once you have submitted your invoice to class wallet, please email me a copy to hold your spot. A 2% fee will be applied to class wallet invoices. Class fees are non-refundable.
